MAKING PUFF PASTRY TART SHELLS

1. Lay pastry rectangles on parchment-lined baking sheet and poke them all over with fork.

2. Bake pastry until puffed and golden, about 15 minutes. Using tip of paring knife, cut ½-inch border around top edge of each pastry and press centers down with your fingertips to create beds for filling.
