MAKING CORN DOGS
1. Dunk skewered and floured hot dogs into a tall drinking glass filled with batter, and twirl to coat evenly, using skewer as handle. Remove hot dog from batter, allowing excess batter to drip back into glass.
2. Add hot dog to hot oil. Repeat immediately with 3 more hot dogs and fry until deep golden, 4 to 6 minutes. Repeat with remaining hot dogs and batter in second batch.
