“Today I will think of the positives in my relationship with each person I communicate with, whether I know them well or not.
I will think about why they are special to me, what unique qualities they have.
I will Shut Out any Negatives I perceive or feel about them. Instead I will Focus on the Positives I see in them.
I will have this Empathic Heart and Mindset with each person I interact with throughout the day!”
