TOWEL-ROLL SETTLE WITH STRAP
This E-cise allows gravity to relax and release the muscles of the upper body. You’ll need two rolled bath towels. Lie on your back with knees bent and held together with a belt or nonelastic strap. Your feet should be flat on the floor and placed parallel about hips-width apart. Place one of the rolled towels under the back of your neck (don’t rest your head on it; it is there to support your neck) and the other under your lower back just above the hips. Hold this position for 10 minutes.
