In order to be completely in control of your feelings, you must have some pretty cool superpowers. What kind of superpowers would you have if you could have any superpower in the world? Remember, your superpower needs to be something that can control your biggest feelings. Write down some of your ideas here:

On the next page, draw your superhero self. What do your superpowers look like? Try to draw that too! This drawing can be helpful to keep with you when you go somewhere or do something that brings up big feelings for you. If you have a hard time thinking of your superhero self, use this picture as a reminder.
