Introduction

The world of Katniss and her friends (and enemies!) is one that is now host to a wealth of wonderful information. Over the three books, Suzanne Collins has introduced us to a place where I am sure many of our imaginations wander to at times!

This quiz aims to add an extra bit of enjoyment to that world, by testing the reader’s knowledge. These questions are based on the world as told to us in the books, although there are some references to the films (which are indicated in the text) - the two have some differences!

Perhaps you will read this book on the bus home after a long day at work or school, or maybe you will test your friends to see if they are as much of a Panem expert as you are. Whichever way you use these pages, I hope you enjoy reading them as much as we did whilst writing them!
