Aganache is essentially a mixture of chocolate and cream, and it is one of the most delicious and easiest dessert sauces to prepare. In this recipe, I pour it over fresh berries.

1. In a double boiler, melt the bars with the cream, stirring until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract. Cool slightly.
2. Mix the berries and divide among 4 dessert dishes. Drizzle the ganache over the fruit.
