Broiled Pineapple with Ice Cream
and Almonds

1. Preheat the broiler. Cut the pineapple into 1-inch-thick slices.

2. In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Mix in the sugar substitute and cinnamon. Brush the pineapple rings with the mixture.

3. Broil the pineapple for 5–7 minutes per side, until nicely browned. Top each serving with ½ cup ice cream and ½ tablespoon almonds.
