If you cannot find mixed frozen berries at your grocery store, use the frozen berry of your choice. Tofu adds protein and texture to this smoothie.

1. Place the tea bags in a heatproof bowl. Add the boiling water and let steep for 4–6 minutes. Press the liquid from the tea bags before removing from the bowl. Let cool.
2. In a blender, purée the tea, cranberry juice, berries, tofu, heavy cream, and sugar substitute until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
