Red Cabbage Salad with
Feta and Dill

Afriend created this colorful salad for a potluck dinner, and it has been her most requested dish for informal get-togethers and picnics ever since.

1. In a large serving bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the oil in a steady stream and whisk until combined.

2. Add the cabbage, feta, dill, and pine nuts, and toss well. Serve immediately.
