Celery Root Salad

Celery root has a clean flavor and a crunchy texture. It’s a seasonal vegetable, not available year-round, but an equal amount of chopped celery can be substituted. Serve this salad with Spiced Skirt Steak.

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the celery root and mix well. Sprinkle with cilantro or parsley and serve immediately.
