Adam Ferrier

Adam Ferrier is a multi-award-winning advertising creative and founder of the agency Thinkerbell. He is a leading Australian consumer psychologist and top creative strategist. Adam obtained degrees in Commerce and Clinical Psychology before beginning his career in Forensic Psychology. He then switched his focus from criminal behaviour to consumer behaviour and joined marketing consultancy Added Value. Adam went on to become a Founding Partner of Naked Communications APAC before co-founding Thinkerbell in 2017. Thinkerbell has gone on to become Adnews Creative Agency of the Year, and Mumbrella Agency of the year (2019), and works with many of Australia's top brands. Adam sits on the boards of social influencing company TRIBE, as well as The Public Interest Journalism Initiative (PIJI). Further, Adam is a weekly guest on national breakfast show Sunrise, and regular media commentator. His first book The Advertising Effect: How to change behaviour was published in 2014. Adam is also a renowned keynote speaker with ODE management.
Jen Fleming
Jen Fleming is an acclaimed producer, reporter and presenter. She's worked with Australia's best-known presenters at ABC Radio Sydney and currently produces Afternoons with James Valentine. Jen has co-written several books including the best-selling Spotless series, The Feel Good Body, The Australian Healthy Hormone Diet and Adam's previous book, The Advertising Effect: How to change behaviour.
