Overnight Faux Oatmeal

I like to eat this cold, but you can also heat it in the microwave if you’d rather start the day with a warm cereal. It’s very filling, so it’s a great choice if you have a busy day planned. I like to make and store this in a large Mason jar because you can seal it with the lid and shake it up instead of mixing with a spoon.

Makes 2 servings

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl or large Mason jar with a lid. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

In the morning, mix it again and spoon into two bowls. Add the toppings of your choice and serve.
