Lazy Keto Chips

This recipe makes the best quick chips! Cut sliced cheese from the deli into 4 pieces, top with hot sauce, and bake. It couldn’t get much easier, believe me. They are thick enough to dip into a bowl of Guacamole, or simply top them with a slice of jalapeño. Feel free to sprinkle one of the options from the Variations below over the cheese. Different cheeses create different chip flavors too. You will never get bored with this snack.

Makes 16 servings

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Arrange the cheese slices on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each. Add a drop of Tabasco sauce on each slice and top with a slice of jalapeño, if using.

Bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese bubbles up. Let cool for at least 5 minutes. They will crisp up as they cool.

Variations

Sprinkle 2 or 3 teaspoons sesame seeds, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds over the cheese slices and bake as directed.

Sprinkle 1 to 2 teaspoons oregano, herbes de Provence, or Italian seasoning over the cheese slices and bake as directed.
