For the dressing
In a bowl, combine the cilantro, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
For the spicy tuna
In a serving bowl, toss together the tuna, avocados, cucumber, jalapeño, and red onion.
Drizzle the dressing over the top of the salad and serve.
