Pull-Apart Pizza Bread

If you are having a bunch of friends over to watch the football game, they’ll love snacking on this newfangled version of pizza. Rolling the balls of dough in grated Parmesan is the secret to being able to easily pull apart the bread. Serve with a small bowl of Homemade Italian Marinara Sauce for lots of dipping fun.

Makes 12 servings

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a Bundt pan with cooking spray. Have a silicone mat ready. Mix together the Parmesan and rosemary in a small bowl and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour with the baking powder until fully combined.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in the microwave oven until melted, about 1 minute. Add the almond flour mixture and the eggs and mix until it forms a sticky ball. Transfer to the silicone mat.

Sprinkle the dough with some additional Parmesan to keep it from being too sticky. Cut the dough into 32 pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a ball and then roll them in the Parmesan mixture. Place 16 of the dough balls in the prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar over the dough balls. Layer half of the sliced pepperoni over the cheese, and top with jalapeños, if using. Repeat the layering with the rest of the dough balls, cheddar, pepperoni, and jalapeños, if using.

Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes. Invert the pan onto a plate and serve.
