This crowd-pleasing casserole borrows the wonderful flavors of the classic French dish for a great main course, perfect for a potluck or to serve during a Sunday football game.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9- by 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, sour cream, heavy cream, mustard, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with the ham and cream cheese pieces. Cover the top with the slices of Swiss cheese.
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Sprinkle the almond flour mixture over the top of the Swiss cheese. Top with the pieces of butter.
Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly. If you prefer a browned topping, place the casserole under the broiler for about 2 minutes.
