This might be the easiest pork chop recipe you will ever try. Pesto adds amazing flavors and oils to pork. Make my homemade pesto or purchase a tub at your local grocery store.
Makes 4 servings
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and place at least 1 inch apart in a large baking dish. Brush the pesto over the tops and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
Bake for about 35 minutes, until an internal temperature of 145°F, or done to your liking.
