Savory Keto Bread

This recipe will become your go-to non-carb bread for making sandwiches at lunch or for toasting in the morning.

Makes 24 servings

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 3 mini loaf pans (or 1 standard loaf pan) with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the parsley, rosemary, and sage and beat until fully combined. Add the eggs and continue to beat until smooth. With the mixer on low, beat in the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder. The batter will be thick.

Fill the mini loaf pans (or the single large pan) about halfway with the batter. Bake for 35 minutes for mini loaves or 50 to 55 minutes for a larger loaf, until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
