The combination of fiber, whey, and xanthan gum gives these frozen treats an amazing creamy texture! If you don’t have these ingredients, you can still make the recipe—you won’t get the same texture but they will still taste great.
Makes 8 servings
Combine ¾ cup water and all the ingredients in a blender and puree until completely combined. Pour into six 4-ounce popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours before serving.
