Homemade Sugar-Free Ketchup

Store-bought ketchup almost always has sugar. The solution is to make it yourself!

Makes about 1 cup (48 servings)

In a blender, combine 2 tablespoons water with all the ingredients and blend on high until completely blended. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using. Ketchup keeps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
