FRENCH DRESSING

The Queen’s favorite and the only one requested dressing when dining alone.

1 cup corn oil

⅓ cup white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh

tarragon

Salt and freshly ground pepper

In a large bowl whisk the oil, vinegar, and mustard together. Add the tarragon and salt and pepper to taste.
