32 Most of us don’t stop by an ice cream parlor for health food, but…

We might not know which choices are a minor indulgence and which may leave a lasting impression on our swimsuit appearance. Here’s how to make better ice cream choices: Choose ice cream that has no sugar added, which cuts the calories roughly in half, to the mid-100s. If you want soft-serve, get a regular nonfat. For sundaes, enjoy a scoop of low-fat vanilla topped with sugar-free chocolate sauce.

Personally, I love frozen yogurt, especially its creamy texture, which reminds me of roadside soft-serve stands.
