Travelling Mules

The traditional Moscow Mule is a combination of vodka, ginger beer and lime – so it has quite a kick. I started with the basic recipe and played around with it a bit in order to create my own version, with mint and angostura bitters. If vodka is not your spirit of choice, try one of the alternatives I’ve suggested, or try out some new ideas of your own – recipe testing cocktails doesn’t count towards your weekly alcohol units (well that’s my rule).
