ESPRESSO MARTINI
ice cubes
80ml/2½fl oz/1/3 cup freshly made espresso coffee
80ml/2½fl oz/1/3 cup vodka
80ml/2½fl oz/1/3 cup Kahlua or Tia Maria coffee liqueur
2 tbsp crème de cacao chocolate liqueur (optional)
a few whole coffee beans, to serve
1 Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the hot espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur and crème de cacao, if using. Shake for a good 30 seconds.
2 Pour into two martini glasses, add a couple of coffee beans and serve.
