4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
.7-oz. pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1/3 c. warm water
8-oz. pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt
10-3/4 oz. can fat-free cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Optional: cooked rice or pasta
Place chicken in a lightly greased slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk together salad dressing mix and water; pour over chicken. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, yogurt and soup; spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, until chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice or pasta, if desired.
