& sauce at 190 calories each
1 lb. tilapia fillets
1-1/2 t. Cajun seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Prepare Dill Sauce; let stand while preparing fish to allow flavors to blend. Sprinkle both sides of fish with seasonings. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Arrange lemon slices evenly over fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Top fish with Dill Sauce.
Dill Sauce:
1/2 c. reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/8 t. garlic powder
1 t. lemon juice
2 T. fresh dill, chopped
Blend all ingredients in a small bowl. May be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
Here’s a handy tip to make frozen fish taste fresh and mild...just place the frozen fillets in a shallow dish, cover with milk and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
