Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Makes 4 servings of fish
& sauce at 190 calories each

1 lb. tilapia fillets

1-1/2 t. Cajun seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

1 lemon, thinly sliced

Prepare Dill Sauce; let stand while preparing fish to allow flavors to blend. Sprinkle both sides of fish with seasonings. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Arrange lemon slices evenly over fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Top fish with Dill Sauce.

Dill Sauce:

1/2 c. reduced-fat sour cream

1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise

1/8 t. garlic powder

1 t. lemon juice

2 T. fresh dill, chopped

Blend all ingredients in a small bowl. May be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.

Here’s a handy tip to make frozen fish taste fresh and mild...just place the frozen fillets in a shallow dish, cover with milk and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
