1 head cabbage, chopped
4 carrots, peeled and grated
1 onion, chopped
8-oz. can sliced pineapple, drained and chopped
1 c. plain non-fat yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
Optional: garlic powder and paprika to taste
In a large serving bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, onion, pineapple and yogurt. Stir in desired seasonings. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
