Quick & Easy Veggie Salad

Makes 6 servings at
40 calories each

1/2 head cauliflower, chopped

1 bunch broccoli, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

1/4 c. red onion, sliced

1/4 c. fat-free Italian salad dressing

Combine cauliflower, broccoli, tomato and onion in a serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss to mix. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
