Italian Tomato Salad

Makes 4 servings at
120 calories each

3 tomatoes, cubed

1 T. fresh basil, chopped

1 T. olive oil

1 T. red wine vinegar

1/2 c. fat-free Italian salad dressing

4 slices Italian bread

In a salad bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Toss again just before serving time. Garnish each serving with a slice of bread to dip in the dressing.

Iced tea is a refreshing beverage anytime! Simply place two family-size teabags in a two-quart pitcher of cold water. Refrigerate overnight to brew. Serve lightly sweetened or unsweetened, garnished with lemon.
