Makes 8 servings of salsa &
chips at 190 calories each
2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 c. strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped
1 to 2 kiwis, peeled and coarsely chopped
zest and juice of 1 orange, divided
2 T. brown sugar, packed
2 T. apple jelly
Combine fruit and zest in a large bowl. Mix juice, brown sugar and jelly in a small bowl; add to fruit and toss gently. Chill until ready to serve.
Cinnamon Chips:
6 8-inch flour tortillas, cut into wedges
2 T. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
Spray tortilla wedges with non-stick vegetable spray. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a plastic zipping bag. Place wedges in bag; shake to coat. Arrange wedges on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, until crisp and golden.
