2 c. low-fat milk
1.4-oz. pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
8-oz. container fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Optional: baking cocoa
Combine milk and pudding mix in a bowl. Whisk together until thickened and set; stir in peanut butter. Divide among 8 dessert bowls. Spread with whipped topping. Cover and chill for several hours, until firm. Garnish with a sprinkle of baking cocoa.
