Frozen PiƱa Colada Dessert

Makes 8 servings at
150 calories each

8-oz. container frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed

3-oz. pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1 T. no-calorie powdered sweetener for beverages

1/2 c. low-fat milk

8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained and divided

1-1/3 c. sweetened flaked coconut

Spoon whipped topping into a bowl; set aside. In a blender, combine remaining ingredients. Cover and process on medium speed for 30 seconds. Fold mixture into whipped topping; spoon into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Let stand 5 minutes at room temperature before serving. Return any leftovers to freezer.
