½ cup chopped onions
½ cup diced celery
half a green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup ketchup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. salt
¾ cup water
1/8 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. paprika
6-oz. can tomato paste
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Serve on buns or over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.
