1 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cups green pepper, finely chopped
6-oz. can tomato paste
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. hot sauce
1½ lbs. lean stewing beef
1½ lbs. lean pork cubes
Serve in sandwich buns or pita bread, or over rice.
