Maple Macadamia Health Ball Recipe

USA Measurements:

¾ cup pitted dates

½ cup shelled, raw macadamias

2 Tablespoons maple syrup

1½ Tablespoons shredded or desiccated coconut

NOTES:

METHOD:

Whiz the dates, macadamias, and maple syrup in a food processor as finely as possible. Roll into small balls.

Place the coconut on a plate and roll the balls into the coconut, then refrigerate for one hour to set.

Makes 7 balls.
