Maple Macadamia Health Ball Recipe

METRIC MEASUREMENTS:

105g pitted dates

47g shelled, raw macadamias

30 mls maple syrup

1½ Tablespoons (22.5mls) shredded or desiccated coconut

METHOD:

Whiz the dates, macadamias, and maple syrup in a food processor as finely as possible. Roll into small balls.

Place the coconut on a plate and roll the balls into the coconut, then refrigerate for one hour to set.

Makes 7 balls.
