It’s easiest to see the bone structure of the body where there is less muscle around the bones, such as the hands, wrists, feet and ankles. The outer form of the body is also noticeably influenced by the bone structure in the shoulders, elbows, ribs, pelvis, upper legs, hips and knees.
Except for their size, the bone structures of the male and female figures appear to be very similar. Upon closer examination, however, the male has wide shoulders and a large rib cage whereas the female has a large, wide pelvis.
