Garlic Snow Peas

Quick to make and packed with pleasing flavor, this is a great side or snack. Garlic is a good antimicrobial and helps to keep arteries flexible.

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 cups fresh snow peas, trimmed

3 garlic cloves, minced

Sea salt and pepper, to taste


 

Directions:

1.   Heat wok over medium-high heat.

2.   Add oil and peas.

3.   Stir-fry for one minute and then add garlic, sea salt, and pepper. Peas are done when bright green and still crisp.

4.   Remove from wok and serve while still hot.
