I was shaking as I read that Dr. Herbert had been killed, Mom was trapped, and Dad was nowhere to be found.
I was worried for them, although I knew Mom and Dad did survive the attack or I wouldn’t have been born and on New Earth. But how did they survive the attack against all odds? How did Dad managed to get Red Genesis to New Earth, again, against the odds?
I read on, determined to finally finish Mom’s Journal. It was Mom’s Birthday, and there was nothing better than celebrating it by getting to know my mother and father better.
