Mikhail,
Suggest you write to those people coming to the auditions and warn them in advance about the construction work, so they know some areas will be strictly off-limits. Also get parents to sign disclaimers, claiming responsibility for their kids whilst on site. Sandra in your school office will know about this as she just did it for all the other pupils.
