Kentucky Hot Brown Sliders
Ingredients:
- 12-ct. pkg. small sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 6 Slices Gruyère cheese, divided
- ½ pound thinly sliced deli turkey
- 1 small tomato, cut into ¼-inch slices
- Cook 6 slices thick-cut bacon then cut into 2-inch pieces
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup melted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray an 11- x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Horizontally cut rolls and place in the baking dish.
- Cut 3 slices Gruyère cheese and place on rolls. Add turkey slices on top of cheese. Add tomato slices on turkey, then add bacon pieces. Add remaining cheese slices on top of bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add roll tops.
- Stir together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, and brown sugar. Carefully pour over rolls and allow it to soak into rolls. Cover dish with foil, and bake until cheese is melted, approximately 15 minutes. Uncover, and bake until the tops are golden brown and crisp, probably eight to ten minutes. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
