Ingredients
1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
2 large portobello mushrooms, 4–6 inches across
Marinate the mushrooms for 1–2 hours in the balsamic vinaigrette.
Heat grill to medium.
Grill well above the coals for 3 minutes, turn, and grill for 3–4 more minutes. Give larger mushrooms an extra minute or two.
