Vanilla Granol a
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 40 minutes | Serves 4
1 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon sea salt
  1. Mix together the oats, maple syrup, sunflower oil, coconut sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to the baking pan.
  2. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 248ºF (120ºC) and set time to 40 minutes.
  3. Stir the granola four times during cooking.
  4. When cooking is complete, the granola will be mostly dry and lightly browned.
  5. Let the granola stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
