Sausage and Cheese Quiche
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 25 minutes | Serves 4
12 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and black pepper, to taste
12 ounces (340 g) sugar-free breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooking spray
  1. Coat the baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Beat together the eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper in a large bowl until creamy. Stir in the breakfast sausage and Cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour the sausage mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 375ºF (190ºC) and set time to 25 minutes.
  5. When done, the top of the quiche should be golden brown and the eggs will be set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
