Teriyaki Cauliflower
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 14 minutes | Serves 4
½ cup soy sauce
¹⁄₃ cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 big cauliflower head, cut into florets
  1. Make the teriyaki sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, and chili powder until well combined.
  2. Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl and drizzle the top with the prepared teriyaki sauce and toss to coat well.
  3. Put the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket.
  4. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 340ºF (171ºC) and set time to 14 minutes.
  5. Stir the cauliflower halfway through.
  6. When cooking is complete, the cauliflower should be crisp-tender.
  7. Let the cauliflower cool for 5 minutes before serving.
