Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 12 minutes | Serves 2
18 medium-sized white mushrooms
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons cumin powder
A pinch ground allspice
Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  1. On a clean work surface, remove the mushroom stems. Using a spoon, scoop out the mushroom gills and discard.
  2. Thoroughly combine the onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin powder, allspice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stuff the mushrooms evenly with the mixture.
  3. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
  4. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Roast, set temperature to 345ºF (174ºC) and set time to 12 minutes.
  5. When cooking is complete, the mushroom should be browned.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
