Cajun and Lemon Pepper Co d
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 12 minutes | Makes 2 cod fillets
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 (8-ounce / 227-g) cod fillets, cut to fit into the air fryer basket
Cooking spray
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
  1. Spritz the baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Thoroughly combine the Cajun seasoning, salt, lemon pepper, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub this mixture all over the cod fillets until completely coated.
  3. Put the fillets in the prepared pan and brush the melted butter over both sides of each fillet.
  4. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 360ºF (182ºC), and set time to 12 minutes.
  5. Flip the fillets halfway through the cooking time.
  6. When cooking is complete, the fish should flake apart with a fork. Remove the fillets from the oven and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
