Homemade Fish Sticks
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 8 minutes | Makes 8 fish sticks
8 ounces (227 g) fish fillets (pollock or cod), cut into ½×3-inch strips
Salt, to taste (optional)
½ cup plain bread crumbs
Cooking spray
  1. Season the fish strips with salt to taste, if desired.
  2. Place the bread crumbs on a plate. Roll the fish strips in the bread crumbs to coat. Spritz the fish strips with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange the fish strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 390ºF (199ºC), and set time to 8 minutes.
  5. When cooking is complete, they should be golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
