Air Fried Chicken Wings with Buffalo Sauce
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Serves 6
16 chicken drumettes (party wings)
Chicken seasoning or rub, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Ground black pepper, to taste
¼ cup buffalo wings sauce
Cooking spray
  1. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Rub the chicken wings with chicken seasoning, garlic powder, and ground black pepper on a clean work surface.
  3. Arrange the chicken wings in the basket. Spritz with cooking spray.
  4. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 400ºF (205ºC) and set time to 10 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken wings halfway through.
  6. When cooking is complete, the chicken wings should be lightly browned.
  7. Transfer the chicken wings in a large bowl, then pour in the buffalo wings sauce and toss to coat well.
  8. Put the wings back to the oven and set time to 7 minutes. Flip the wings halfway through.
  9. When cooking is complete, the wings should be heated through. Serve immediately.
